PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a degree of diffusion or convergence of air flow while restricting loss of the air flow.SOLUTION: A stator blade unit 50 is disposed in front of an axial flow fan. The stator blade unit 50 comprises a plurality of flow regulating blades 51 extending from a location near a rotating shaft toward outside in a radial direction and a changing-over mechanism 52 for changing-over positions of the flow regulating blades 51. The changing-over mechanism 52 changes over a relative position of an outer end part in respect to the inner end part of each of the flow regulating blades 51 in a peripheral direction by two or more stages. When a turning component of air flow generated through the axial flow fan strikes against each of the flow regulating blades 51 of the stator blade unit 50, the turning component changes a direction thereof toward the radial inward or the radial outward. Due to this fact, changing-over the relative position of the outer end of the flow regulating blade 51 in respect to the inner end of the flow regulating blade in a peripheral direction enables a degree of diffusion or convergence of air flow to be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
