PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition exhibiting a high optical density and excellent sensitivity of a cured product obtained therefrom and having excellent adhesiveness of a thin line of the cured product after developed, a cured product obtained by curing the above photosensitive resin composition, a cured film and a production method of the cured film, a production method of a resin pattern, and a liquid crystal display device, an organic EL display device and a touch panel display device including the cured film.SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises: a polymer having a structural unit having a group in which an acid group is protected by an acid decomposable group, and a structural unit having an acid group, as a component A; a photoacid generator as a component B; a solvent as a component C; a compound having a crosslinking group and a molecular weight in the range from 100 to 2,000, as a component D; and carbon black as a component S. The content of the component S is 35 to 60 mass% with respect to the total solid content of the photosensitive resin composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
