PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: an image is reflected on a contour part of a display part on a display screen of a liquid crystal display device due to reflection on an end surface of an OCA.SOLUTION: An LCD LC1 includes a liquid crystal display panel 1, and a transparent protective plate 6 that is joined on a display side surface of the liquid crystal display panel 1 with a transparent resin layer 5 therebetween, and the transparent resin layer 5 has a light absorption material 7 provided on its end face. The configuration can solve the problem in which: an image is reflected on a contour part of a display part 1e on a display screen of the LCD LC1 due to reflection on the end face of the transparent resin layer 5, that is, the generation of reflection light L1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
