PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric material for a transducer, having excellent durability under a high temperature and a method for producing the same, and to provide a transducer which has excellent durability and can be used for a long period of time even under high temperature.SOLUTION: The dielectric material for a transducer is produced from a composition comprising metal oxide particles having hydroxyl groups, a rubber polymer having functional groups which can react with epoxy groups, a bisphenol type epoxy resin having epoxy groups at both terminals, and a crosslinking agent. In a dielectric material 1 for a transducer, metal oxide particles 12 are bonded to a rubber polymer 10 via a bisphenol type epoxy resin 11. A transducer 2 comprises a dielectric layer 20 comprised of a dielectric material 1 for a transducer and a plurality of electrodes 21a and 21b arranged via the dielectric layer 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
