PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strontium titanate fine particle excellent in photocatalyst performance and a manufacturing method therefor, a photocatalyst and a hydrogen and oxygen generating photocatalyst system using the strontium titanate fine particle.SOLUTION: There is provided a strontium titanate fine particle containing rhodium of over 1 mol% and 7 mol% or less in a titanium site and having a cube-shape with an exposed (100) surface and lattice constant of over 3.906 Å and 3.910 Å or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
