PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery which widens a passivation region, reduces wiring resistance, improves parallel resistance, and improves conversion efficiency, and a manufacturing method of the solar battery by which the solar battery can be manufactured at low cost.SOLUTION: The solar battery includes a first finger electrode formed from a first contact part 26 and a first power collection part, a second finger electrode formed from a second contact part 27 and a second power collection part, a first bus bar electrode, and a second bus bar electrode 38 on a rear face of a semiconductor substrate 13 of a first conductivity type including a region 20 of the first conductivity type and a region 21 of a second conductivity type on the rear face opposite to a light-receiving surface, and includes an insulation film 25 over a whole region at least just at lower sides of the first bus bar electrode and the second bus bar electrode. On the insulation film, the first power collection part and the first bus bar electrode are electrically joined, and the second power collection part and the second bus bar electrode are also electrically joined. At least just at a lower side of the insulation film, the first contact part and the second contact part are linearly continued.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
