PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration detection part capable of detecting vibrations with high sensitivity and with simple configuration.SOLUTION: The vibration detection part includes: an optically transparent diaphragm; a light-emitting element irradiating the inside of the diaphragm with light at a constant angle of inclination with respect to a normal of the diaphragm; and a light-receiving element receiving the light reflected at a boundary between the diaphragm and a medium in contact with the diaphragm emitted from the light-emitting element and outputting an electric signal corresponding to the amount of the received light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
