PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining device which has a reduced manufacture and equipment cost and can be spread in a wide industrial field.SOLUTION: A metal joining device 10 for joining a joint area Wf of one joined object and a joint area Wf of the other joined object to each other equipped with: a vibrator base 14 which holds the one joined object; a holding member 4 which holds the joint area Wf of the other joined object in parallel to a vibration direction; first pressurizing means 6 and second pressurizing means 7 which perform pressurization via the holding member 4 which holds the other joined object; vibration control means 8 by which the vibrator base 14 for holding the one joined object is vibrated in a state of being pressurized by the first pressurizing means 6; and minute vibration control means 9 which gives a minute amplitude by the vibrator base 14, in which further pressurization is performed by the second pressurizing means 7 while giving vibration of a minute amplitude under an atmospheric pressure and at an ambient temperature without heating thereby achieving whole area joining.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
