PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for securing air conditioning system reliability at a data center and the like during power failure.SOLUTION: When power failure occurs, an ICT device 6a is switched to power supply from a UPS9 side in an uninterruptible manner; thereby, data processing continues, and furthermore, server chamber cooling is maintained temporarily by cold storage heat in a cooling water pipeline W1. Meanwhile, comparison is made between a cold water outlet temperature (Tr) and temperature (Tc) in an engine cooling water tank 4 of an air conditioner 5 by temperature sensors S1, S2. In the case where Tr>Tc, a circulation pump P1 is stopped and an operation of a circulation pump P2 is started. Thereby, as for a cooling water system, the server chamber cooling is maintained by the cold storage heat of the cooling water tank 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(c) |
