PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which effectively discharges air bubbles to make optical output less likely to be reduced even if a cavity exists on an interface between an anisotropic conductive member and another member or the like and the air bubbles in the cavity are moved by heat generated during driving of the light emitting device, and to provide a manufacturing method of the light emitting device.SOLUTION: A light emitting device 1 includes: a substrate 10 having at least one pair of separated wiring parts 20 which are installed on a base substance 11 through an adhesive layer 12; and a light emitting element 50 joined onto the wiring parts through an anisotropic conductive member 30. The adhesive layer has a structure where an adhesive 13 is applied on the base substance so as to form lines spaced a predetermined distance away from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A |
