PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire which can support a placed object stably.SOLUTION: A luminaire has: a base part 2; a strut part 3 mounted on the base part 2; a neck part 4 provided at the strut part 3; and a lamp body 5 provided at the neck part 4. The base part 2 has a front upper surface part 12 for receiving a book and the like, a front surface part 53 for supporting the book and the like in an inclined manner is provided on the front side of the strut part 3, and a left and right direction central side of the front surface part 53 is dented to the rear side. Thereby, by placing the book and the like on the front upper surface part 12 and by supporting the rear side of the placed object by the front surface part 53, the book and the like can be supported stably. Also, as the base part 2 and the strut part 3 are used, the size of the entire luminaire does not increase. Furthermore, by supporting the back cover side of the book by the dented front surface part 53, the book can be supported in an opened state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
