PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data structure which is simple to process, has a small delay, and facilitates measures against an error.SOLUTION: A synchronization controller (23) takes out a display time stamp of leading sample data in a leading processing unit from control information of coded data. An audio parser (24) and a video parser (25) derive the reproduction timing of the sample data from the display time stamp of the leading sample data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
