PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information in consideration of lifestyle of a user.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus acquires financial information on user action information including information on an action of a user, determines a determination value for action determination, on the basis of the acquired financial information, and extracts information on a corresponding history in reference to a history database. When the determined determination value is deviated by a predetermined threshold or more from a reference value of action determination to be determined based on the extracted history information, question information on a reason of the deviation is generated. The question information is output via a terminal device of a corresponding user. When answer information in response to the question information is acquired, presentation information on a financial transaction is output via the terminal device of the user, on the basis of the acquired answer information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
