PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a medical imaging examination apparatus including multiple subsystems.SOLUTION: A method for operating a medical imaging examination apparatus, includes the steps of: determining current ambient conditions in a scan volume; storing the current ambient conditions; starting to scan based on a selected scan protocol; transferring sequence control data related to the selected scan protocol for regulating functional sequences; assigning different effective volumes to functional subsequences respectively; determining a sub-region optimized by the effective volumes associated with each current functional subsequence of the scan sequence; and calculating a control signals for the scan sequence on the basis of the sub-region in which the sequence control data, an ambient condition parameter set, and the effective volumes are determined, such that the functional subsequences of the scan sequence are optimized locally with regard to a sub-region of the assigned effective volumes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
