PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel-bar binding machine, in a structure for braking a wire reel by interlocking a twist motor, which can reduce the influence upon a brake operation to exert a twisting mechanism and cause no problem from repeated input.SOLUTION: A brake operation part 20 brakes a wire reel 13, at a predetermined timing before said binding is completed, thereby to stop the rotation of said wire reel 13 and to release the braking upon said wire reel 13. When said binding is resultantly completed, the brake upon said wire reel 13 by said brake operation part 20 is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
