PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration panel which has a high degree-of-freedom in designing and can be easily manufactured, and a method for manufacturing the decoration panel.SOLUTION: A decoration panel 1 is equipped with: an outer layer 2 provided with an open hole 3 which opens on a front face 2a having a decoration and a rear face 2b on a side opposite to the front face 2a; and a decorative layer 5 having an inlay pattern part 6 which is formed with a part entering into the open hole 3 from the rear face 2b side so as to be deformed and curved, having a substantially uniform layer thickness, and provided on the whole area of the rear face 2b of the outer layer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
