PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of suppressing noise generated around a throttle valve and vibration generated in an internal combustion engine due to an increase in the degree of opening of the throttle valve when the operation of the internal combustion engine is stopped.SOLUTION: A control device comprises an operation stop control unit that stops operation of an internal combustion engine when a condition that the operation of the internal combustion engine should be stopped is satisfied. When the condition that the operation of the internal combustion engine should be stopped is satisfied, the operation stop control unit stops fuel injection from a fuel injection valve which injects fuel to an intake port. After stopping the fuel injection, the operation stop control unit continues actuating an igniter until an engine rotating speed NE is lowered to a predetermined speed, starts increasing the degree of opening TA of a throttle valve and increases the degree of opening TA so that the degree of opening TA of the throttle valve becomes higher as torque output from the internal combustion engine is lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
