PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking apparatus for number count of cartons, the apparatus that can accurately carry out marking without disrupting an alignment of the cartons conveyed before and after one piece of the boundary, even if a change of a production line speed is generated, with respect to the function for carrying out the marking, when carrying out the number sorting by a constant number of sheets.SOLUTION: A marking apparatus for number count of cartons includes: a conveyance amount measuring device 100 for accurately capturing the positional information on a paper carton production line; a carton step measuring device 102 for continuously detecting a height of the conveyed cartons; a marking device 300 for carrying out marking to one sheet of the cartons conveyed in an overlapped state while carrying out follow-up action in conformity to a conveyance speed; a conveyor 103 for conveying the cartons; and a number counting device 200 for selecting the carton to be marked from among the cartons conveyed in the overlapped state based on the information received from the conveyance amount measuring device and the carton step measuring device, and controlling a tracking speed and a marking motion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
