PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system and the like capable of distributing information or advertisement suitable for each user while more efficiently using an existing database such that a distribution effect of the information or the advertisement is improved.SOLUTION: A server device SV connected to terminal devices T1-n via a network NW is provided with: an interface 3 that accumulates information indicating an attribution and the like of a person and successively acquires a piece of information from a plurality of different databases; a recording part 2 that records, for each person, a plurality of life stage indicators indicating either of events in a life and stages of the life, and a plurality of situation indicators indicating, for each person, states or actions of the person; a processing part 1 that successively updates each indicator using an existing update reference on the basis of each piece of acquired information, and associates information that should be distributed to a terminal device T with each indicator on the basis of a past distribution result; and the recording part 2 that records reaction rate data indicating a content of the association.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
