PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio mobile station device that enables re-selection of a base station with which a mobile station can communicate even when the mobile station selects a base station from which the mobile station can receive notification information but with which the mobile station cannot perform both-way communication.SOLUTION: A radio mobile station device according to the present invention includes: a radio transmission/reception unit that wirelessly communicates a signal with a base station device; a main control unit that transmits an initial uplink signal from the radio transmission/reception unit to the base station device, and obtains a base station search result from a response downlink signal from the base station device; and a storage unit that stores a use prohibition table for base station selection. The main control unit re-selects another base station device if a base station device meets a use prohibition condition of the use prohibition table on the basis of the use prohibition table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
