PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator coil capable of reducing an axial height of a coil end while keeping insulation between segment conductors neighboring to each other.SOLUTION: The segment conductor is disposed between slots of a stator to which AC currents of multiple phases are supplied. The segment conductor in a coil end part axially protruding from the stator is formed with such a dimension that the thickness is equal to or less than one out of the number of phases of AC currents supplied to the stator relatively to thickness of a segment conductor disposed within the stator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
