摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a solid electrolyte material which makes possible to manufacture a solid oxide fuel battery solid electrolyte layer and its fuel electrode layer which have a crystal phase mainly including cubic crystal, which are small in change in crystal phase before or after the state of tending to be degraded by water and/or heat, and which enable the suppression of decrease in strength even when being exposed to an environment such that water or heat, or a combination thereof tends to cause a degradation thereof; a solid electrolytic film and a fuel electrode film which are each manufactured from such a solid electrolyte material; and a single cell for a solid oxide fuel battery, including such a solid electrolytic film and/or such a fuel electrode film.SOLUTION: A solid electrolyte material according to the present invention comprises zirconia, 8-12 mol% of scandia, 0.5-2.5 mol% of ceria and 0.5-5 mol% of bismuth oxide, of which the crystal phase mainly includes cubic crystal.SELECTED DRAWING: None
