PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a looseness adjustment device capable of easily correcting a wire in which looseness occurs, capable of being installed even after attaching a wire, and capable of being stored and attached even in a state of cutting a wire.SOLUTION: A looseness adjustment device comprises a main body 1 including a plate bottom wall 2, right and left side walls 3 in its longitudinal direction and a rear wall 4, and a rotational shaft 11 at the intermediate part of the main body. A wire 30 is extended through an insertion port 10 of the rear wall and a clearance 6 of an insertion groove 12 of the rotational shaft and a rear wall tip part 5. A click part 16 of a reverse rotation prevention lever 15 is engaged with a ratchet part 14 of the rotational shaft to hold the extension state of the wire.
