PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device capable of enhancing a joint strength between a mounting substrate of electronic equipment and the like and an external terminal of the substrate.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device includes: a rectangular substrate 110; an electrode pad 111 provided on an upper surface of the substrate 110; an external terminal 112 provided on a lower surface of the substrate 110; a crystal element 120 mounted on the electrode pad 111; and a sealing lid 130 joined to the substrate 110. An outer peripheral edge, which faces a short side of the substrate 110, of the external terminal 112 is formed into a curved shape having an elliptical shape or a circular shape centering around a center point P of the substrate 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
