PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanoparticle with a mean particle diameter of 10-200 nm whose bioavailability is improved by combining natural origin components, such as gallate type catechin, gelatin, and a whey protein, which has excellent gastric acid resistance.SOLUTION: The invention provides a nanoparticle containing 0.1% by weight or more of gallate type catechin as a solid content, 0.1% by weight or more of an animal protein consisting of a gelatin and whey protein as a solid content, and wherein the weight ratio (animal protein/gallate type catechin) of the solid content of the gallate type catechin and the solid content of the animal protein is 0.07-8.0, and the ratio between the two animal proteins is 0.1:9.9-2:8 (gelatin:whey protein), and the mean particle diameter is 10-200 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
