PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition for optical component, which gives a cured product having an excellent refractive index and heat resistance.SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises (A) a vinyl group-containing compound having a fluorene skeleton represented by formula (1), (B) a compound having at least two SiH groups in one molecule, and (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst. In formula (1), Wand Weach independently represent an aromatic hydrocarbon ring which has a vinyloxy group and may have a monovalent hydrocarbon group; ring Yand ring Yeach independently represent an aromatic hydrocarbon ring; R represents a single bond, a methylene group, an ethylene group, -O-, -NH-, or -S; Rand Reach independently represent a cyano group, a halogen, or a monovalent hydrocarbon group; and n1 and n2 each independently represent an integer of 0 to 4.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
