PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting window that deflects light in a desired direction for forming a comfortable space inside a building, under a prescribed installation environment or outside environment.SOLUTION: A lighting window 1 having an incident surface 1A and an emission surface 1B that face each other includes a light-transmissive plate-form panel 2 and a lighting sheet 10 laminated on the panel 2. The lighting sheet 10 includes a deflection layer 13 that deflects and transmits incident light. When light is incident on the incident surface 1A from a direction inclined upward from a normal direction H of the deflection layer, the deflection layer 13 transmits the light in the normal direction H of or toward a direction inclined downward from the emission surface 1B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
