PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin of a work machine provided with side panels having high accuracy and high strength, and further to provide the work machine provided with the cabin.SOLUTION: A cabin of a work machine comprises a driver seat and panels laterally disposed to the driver seat. The panels include: a plurality of transverse portions extending in a frontward and backward direction and being vertically provided at predetermined intervals; a plurality of longitudinal section portions intersecting with each of the transverse portions and being provided in the frontward and backward direction at predetermined intervals; first reinforcement portions formed in the transverse portions or the longitudinal section portions; frame portions coupling an end portion of each of the transverse portions and an end portion of each of the longitudinal section portions; and second reinforcement portions formed in the frame portions.
