PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine capable of thinning a major winning hole device and reducing a major winning hole.SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine includes a major winning hole device 600 that is disposed in a game area 52 in which a game ball flows down and performs opening operation for allowing a game ball to enter by operating in a predetermined case for a predetermined number of times. The major winning hole device 600 includes: a flow-in ball guidance part 608 for receiving and guiding a game ball flowing down the game area 52; a first ball entry port 609a and a second ball entry port 610a that are provided in the flow-in ball guidance part 608, are open separated in a flow-down direction of a game ball flowing down the flow-in ball guidance part 608, and allows entry of a game ball; and a horizontal shutter member 606 that can open and close the first ball entry port 609a and the second ball entry port 610a and opens the first ball entry port 609a and the second ball entry port 610a by opening operation.
