PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device, a control device, a control method for the power storage device, and a control program for the power storage device for performing capacity measurement without impairing the convenience of a user of a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: The present invention has: a measurement unit for measuring the voltage of a battery module having one or a plurality of lithium ion secondary batteries; a charge-discharge unit for charging and discharging the battery module; a capacity measurement unit for measuring the battery capacity of the battery module; and a control unit for acquiring a discharge end voltage indicating a voltage in other than a charge and a discharge period, which is a period from the end of a discharge till the start of a next charge, and a reference voltage indicating a voltage for starting capacity measurement, and causing a charge to the battery module to stop when the discharge end voltage is higher than the reference voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
