PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoacoustic microscope for measuring a measuring object having various sizes with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A photoacoustic microscope includes: a light source 101 for generating light; an optical element for focusing the light onto an analyte 112 to radiate it; a photoacoustic detector for detecting a photoacoustic wave generated in the analyte by being radiated by the focused light; and holding means for holding the analyte. The optical element and the photoacoustic detector are located at the opposite side to the holding side of the analyte of the holding means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
