The present invention relates to a hydrate generation apparatus, which can pulverize a host material and a guest material, introduced via an inlet of a reactor, into particles having a fine size, and thus can increase contact areas of the host material and the guest material, thereby significantly improving efficiency of generation of a hydrate, and also relates to a water treatment apparatus using the hydrate generation apparatus. The hydrate generation apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a body part in which a reaction space in which a hydrate is generated is provided; an introduction tube part which is connected to one side of the body part, and introduces the host material and guest material for generation of the hydrate into the reaction space; a discharge tube part which is connected to the other side of the body part, and discharges the hydrate generated in the reaction space to the outside; and a pulverization device part which is installed inside the reaction space, and pulverizes a material to be pulverized, i.e., at least any one of the host material and the guest material, into particles having a minute size, thereby increasing a reaction area for the generation of the hydrate. |
