Provided is an apparatus for discharging steam of an electric cooker to improve installation convenience of a product while discharging the steam at a predetermined pressure or higher when food accommodated inside the electric cooker is being cooked. The apparatus comprises: a housing having a hollow guide part inside to face a steam outlet while being arranged in the steam outlet installed on a lid to discharge steam emergently when abnormal high pressure occurs inside an inner pot; a pressure pin having a temporary fixing groove at an outer periphery and having a limiting part at the lower part of the temporary fixing groove while being disposed inside the guide to be able to be lifted; an elastic spring disposed inside the guide part to support the pressure pin elastically; an elastic stopper disposed in the lower part of the housing and elastically inserted into the temporary fixing groove to limit the downward movement of the pressure pin, wherein the elastic stopper is elastically deformed when the pressure pin is lifted, so as to be locked to the limiting part to keep an open state of the steam outlet; and a pressure packing disposed in the lower part of the pressure pin. |
