PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which can be used not only as a side-view type light-emitting device but also as a top-view type light-emitting device.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes: a ceramic package 100 including a first ceramic layer 10 including top face wiring 11, bottom face wiring 12 and internal wiring 13 electrically connecting the top face wiring 11 and the bottom face wiring 12 and a second ceramic layer 20 that is stacked on the first ceramic layer 10; and a luminous element 200 which is electrically connected with the top face wiring 11. The top face wiring 11 is exposed from ceramic positioned on an outer side face of the ceramic package 100, and the bottom face wiring 12 is exposed from ceramic positioned on a rear face of the ceramic package 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
