PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pipe reducing heat resistance of an evaporation part, and improving heat transport performance.SOLUTION: A wick type heat pipe 1 includes a groove wick provided inside a closed container 2 and extending so as to reach a condensation part 4 from an evaporation part 3 through a heat insulation part 5 along a longitudinal direction. In the groove wick of the evaporation part 3, provided is a metal powder layer constituted with fine metal powder fastened to a groove wall surface. The metal powder layer is formed such a shape that a thickness from the groove wall surface is along the shape of the groove wick with a predetermined thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
