PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase accuracy of a clock signal.SOLUTION: A control device for a clock signal generating device 21 for generating a clock signal based on an external reference signal, includes a storage device 216 and a control part 218. The storage device 216 stores frequency correction information for the clock signal corresponding to a temperature condition of the clock signal generating device 21. The control part 218 controls frequency of the clock signal generated by the clock signal generating device 21 under a second temperature condition, based on first and second frequency correction information at the storage part 216 corresponding to a first temperature condition at a first time point and a second time point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
