PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a battery that can protect a battery from water without losing good appearance.SOLUTION: A hybrid unit box 10 has a battery unit box 12 and a box cover 13. A side cover portion 13c of the box cover 13 covers the whole area of a side plate portion 36 at the left side of the battery unit box 12 from the outer side in the vehicle-width direction. Plural ribs 48a to 48f which protrude from the side cover portion 13c to the inside in the vehicle width direction and extend in the up-and-down direction to reinforce the side cover portion 13c are formed integrally with the side cover portion 13c. An exhaust port cover 27 is fixed to an exhaust port 24 of the battery unit box 12. A rib 48b and a flange portion 29b at the rear side of the exhaust port cover 27 extend in the up-and-down direction between the exhaust port 24 of the battery unit box 12 and a battery fan air-intake and exhaust port 46 of the side cover portion 13c which are spaced from each other in the front-and-rear direction in side view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
