摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator giving a power storage device excellent in adhesion to an electrode, stickiness, water repellency, oxidation resistance and productivity, and to provide a separator capable of maintaining a high capacity for a long period, when included in a power storage device.SOLUTION: The separator has a porous substrate layer (A), and a porous layer (B) containing an inorganic filler (b-2), a fluorine-base crystalline resin binder (b-1-1), and an amorphous resin binder (b-1-2). The surface softening temperature of the porous layer (B) is 30-60°C, the water contact angle of the porous layer (B) surface is 75 degrees or more, and the entire layer area average of the water contact angle of the porous layer (B) is 60-80 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: None
