PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resume the recording of data immediately after power restoration even when temporary power failure occurs in radio communication equipment including a non-volatile memory in which data is rewritable.SOLUTION: A first area 21 of a non-volatile memory is used as a ring buffer, and a first code (START) is written before main data, and a second code (END) is written after the main data, and the address of the first area 21 in which the first code is recorded is written in a second area 22 as a backup address. When the new main data is written, whether or not the second code is recorded just before the area in which new data is recordable in the first area is determined, and when the second code is recorded, the first code, the main data and the second code are written in order from the leading of the area in which the new data is recordable, and when the second code is not recorded, the first code, the main data and the second data are written in order from a position indicated by the backup address.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
