PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device etc. which achieves a simple structure and discharges a gas in a space of an exterior package to the outside of the exterior package.SOLUTION: A power storage device 100 includes: a power storage element 400; and an exterior package 200 which houses the power storage element 400 in an interior space S10. The exterior package 200 has a first joint part 211 and a second joint part 221. The first joint part 211 and the second joint part 221 are fixed to each other by a fixing part 230. A through part 240 is formed between the fixing part 230 and the space S10 in the first joint part 211 or the second joint part 221.
