PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively recognize singular behavior of a management object.SOLUTION: A fluctuation data management system manages time series fluctuation data and includes: a registration section 1 for defining a population to be the standard of fluctuation data to register its population mean and population variance; an acquisition section 2 for acquiring fluctuation data; a first calculation section 3 for calculating a sample average and a sample variance based on fluctuation data; a second calculation section 4 for calculating a significance probability for certifying degree of deviation of the sample average and the sample variance from the population mean and the population variance; and a drawing section 5 for plotting the significance probability in time series to prepare a control chart.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
