PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a communication terminal from becoming unable to communicate due to a wireless LAN access point device being taken out.SOLUTION: A network system comprises: at least one wireless LAN access point device including a first wireless LAN access point device; and a management device. The management device includes: a substitute device determination unit for determining whether or not there is a substitute wireless LAN access point device; and a notification unit for transmitting prescribed notice to the first wireless LAN access point device if it is not determined that there is a substitute wireless LAN access point device. The first wireless LAN access point device includes a restraint operation execution unit for executing restraint operation to restrain a change in an installation state on receiving the prescribed notice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
