PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation controlling device capable of suppressing failure of an air conditioning apparatus, while effectively utilizing outside air.SOLUTION: A ventilation controlling device 1 includes: a temperature information acquisition unit 11; a temperature adjustment unit 12; a time measurement unit 13; a time comparison unit 14; and a threshold value setting unit 15. The temperature information acquisition unit 11 acquires indoor temperature C1 and outdoor temperature C2. The temperature adjustment unit 12 switches an operation mode for controlling a ventilation member 2 and an air conditioning apparatus 3, and adjusts the indoor temperature C1 to be within a target temperature range C10. The time measurement unit 13 measures ventilation time. The time comparison unit 14 compares the ventilation time and a second threshold value. The threshold value setting unit 15, in the case where the ventilation time is equal to or greater than the second threshold value, maintains the setting value of a first threshold value, and in the case where the ventilation time is below the second threshold value, increases the setting value of the first threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
