PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex which has smaller molecular amount, functions as a monomer, absorbs light in a long wavelength region, and can be utilized as a fluorescent probe that emits fluorescent light.SOLUTION: Provided is a complex, in which a protein having an identity of 90% or more to the amino acid sequence of cyanobacteriochrome, the phytochrome-related photoreceptor protein found in the cyanobacteria, and a biliverdin are bound through 85th amino acid in the amino acid sequence or cysteine corresponding thereto; and which has fluorescent characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
