PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting and recovery device for an underwater apparatus that can easily lift and recover an underwater apparatus out of water in a relatively simple configuration and shorten the time required for lifting and recovery of the underwater apparatus, a mother ship of an underwater apparatus, and a lifting and recovery method for an underwater apparatus.SOLUTION: A lifting and recovery device 20 for an underwater apparatus to recover an underwater apparatus 10 onto a mother ship 1 out of water comprises a lifting and recovery implement 30 that stores the underwater apparatus 10. The lifting and recovery implement 30 is configured to be capable of being suspended from a mother ship 1 by providing a passage part 33, which has a bottom part 31, maintaining a shape of an outer periphery 32 to form at least a part of the bottom part 31, and the outer periphery 32 with a buoyancy generating part 33 disposed on the top side by having water passage property and is capable of making the underwater apparatus 10 enter and exit the outer periphery 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
