PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent twists and wrinkles on a surface material as well as leakage of a body fluid without reducing adhesion with a skin surface even when fatigue occurs in an absorber due to repeated absorption of the body fluid.SOLUTION: A sheet member 20 having high restoration performance, which is contracted in a bellows shape by an elastic stretchable member 23, is interposed between an absorber 4 and a fluid permeable surface sheet 3. The sheet member 20 having high restoration performance is configured by bonding the elastic stretchable member 23 in an extended state between an upper layer sheet 21 and a lower layer sheet 22 made of a nonwoven fabric or a mesh sheet. Even when fatigue occurs in the absorber 4 due to repeated absorption of a body fluid, it is possible to prevent generation of a gap between the absorber 4 and the liquid permeable surface sheet 3 by cushion performance of the sheet member 20 having high restoration performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
