PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance printing resolution.SOLUTION: A printer 10 discharges ink corresponding to print data P from each of a plurality of nozzles N arranged in a W-direction having a variable angle θ against a Y-direction while transporting a printing medium 12 in the Y-direction with respect to a print head 30 having the plurality of nozzles N. An image processing section shifts print data series arranged with a plurality of print data P of the nozzles N in a first data direction to the first data direction by a shift amount corresponding to the angle θ of the W-direction for each of the plurality of nozzles N. A transfer processing section sequentially transfers the plurality of print data P having been processed by the image processing section to the print head 30 for each array in a second data direction perpendicular to the first data direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
