PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfusion suction device capable of reducing discomfort allophone during suction, and a cassette used for the perfusion suction device.SOLUTION: A perfusion suction device comprises: supply means for supplying a perfusate to an intraocular of a patient's eye; suction means for sucking a waste liquid including the perfusate from the patient's eye by drawing an elastic member with a drawing member; and a waste liquid channel in which the waste liquid sucked by the suction means flows. In the waste liquid channel, an air chamber is provided between a part which is drawn by the suction means, and a terminal part where the sucked waste liquid is discharged into air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
