The present invention relates to a constant speed drive control device of a geared BLDC motor for a juicer. According to the present invention, the constant speed drive control device of a geared BLDC motor for a juicer comprises a BLDC motor (110) which rotates a rotary screw (P1) of the juicer by connecting a motor shaft to a reducer (Gb) of the juicer, a juice machine (juice extractor and juicer), a milling machine, and a milking machine (hereinafter collectively referred to as ″juicer″); a hall sensor (120) which outputs location information of a rotor (110b) as a signal; a PWM signal generator (140) which generates a PWM control signal for controlling the rotation of the BLDC motor (110) according to the location information of the rotor (110b) received from the hall sensor (120) and outputs the PWM control signal to an inverter unit (130); and the inverter unit (130) which turns on or off a switch according to the PWM control signal outputted from the PWM signal generator (140), converts DC power supplied from a power supply unit into three-phase AC power (U,V,W), and supplies the three-phase AC power to the BLDC motor (110). The constant speed drive control device of a geared BLDC motor for a juicer further comprises a constant speed control means to maintain a constant number of revolutions of the BLDC motor (110) even if a load value applied to the BLDC motor (110) changes. According to this, the constant number of revolutions of the BLDC is maintained even if the load changes. |
