PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly graph display apparatus, a method and a program.SOLUTION: A condition reception section receives a condition for identifying at least one data from a graph data including plural data. A time information display unit displays a piece of time information relevant to the time required for displaying a graph based on the data identified based on the condition.
